Dear All,

Wherever you are on this piece of rock, i hope you are well or looking
forward to a better year with more positive happenings. Looks like
we put another year on the counter and still going strong. When i look
back at the beginning and now it seems each year goes by with more
changes and events than the one before. Putting aside the stream of
negative news being dumped on people by mainstream media there
is alot of goodness in the world. It is usually underreported because
mainstream media is more interested in keeping people shocked,
scared and in tune with the hand feeding them. I mention this because
the world is in the middle of a wave where emotions, views, conflict,
change and hope play important roles for most people as i type this.
Things are not as black and white as they may seem on the surface
and the superficial reasoning you might encounter. Humanity stands
or falls with how it treats its own. Do more good, help those in need,
do not give up and remain strong is the message hereby ! We all have
our battles and each level has its own devil. I hope 2017 will bring us
all more peace and progress towards breaking free from the countless
invisible chains holding most people back.

Last but not least i'd like to quote this passage which was part of a
speech given by Theodoore Roosevelt in Paris on 23 April 1910:

The Man In The Arena

It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong
man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The
credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred
by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes
short again and again, because there is no effort without error and
shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great
enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who
at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the
