There was a vunerability discovered recently with Mozilla 1.7.0 (or earlier), Firefox 0.9.1 (or earlier) and Thunderbird 0.7.1 (or earlier) that utilized the shell: handler in Mozilla to execute a non-existant program to cause a denial of service attack on a machine. This only affects Windows system and does not affect other platforms.
