Identity theft expert, Bob Sullivan, says identification has become a commodity that theives have used to develop a marketplace that few people or agencies know about.
"This is a chat room, and in this chat room, identities are bought and sold for a few dollars," says Sullivan.
Hundreds & thousands of them at a time and it happens all day, thieves have given a high-tech twist to an old-school messaging system known as internet relay chat ... Or IRC."
