Testing every patch on patch day can be a tedious process. Here is a registry fix that will allow you right-click on the patch and run it with the help switch.
After merging the attached registry file, an extra option will appear when you right-click an executable.
Select "Run with /?", and the executable will run with a /? appended after the .exe name.
