If you haven’t retired your Windows NT 4.0 machines yet, you should know that beginning January 1, 2005, Pay-per-incident and Premier support for Windows NT 4.0 will no longer be available. This includes security hotfixes. As of January 1, 2005 (or later), online support will no longer be available. Online support will continue until January 1, 2007
